Our innovative quick-connect system offers multiple application possibilities. These include the creation of an easy-to-install and easy-to-remove stanchion. Our stanchions are made of carbon fibre tubes and stainless steel fitting. They are available in 3 sizes, with tube diameters 32 mm, 45 mm, 66 mm, and are suitable for a wide range of yachts, from small boats to superyachts. The sizes 32 and 45 are coupled with the quick lock Q32, the size 66 is coupled with the Q 52. The height of the stanchion is made to order and also the number of railings. The bigger models can be used to secure deck areas like swimming platforms, helipads, and balconies.
The standard finish is a UV protective clear matte coating. Glossy coating or other custom finishes can be available on request. Moreover, we can supply also textile Dyneema® lifelines, compliant with ISAF Special Offshore Regulation 3.14. We include professional splicing and terminals with lashing, pelican hook shackle or turnbuckle, according to the project specifications. The line spans from 5 to 8 mm in diameter; the height of stanchions can be adjusted from 600 to 1000 mm.
